Leveling Mode: Rotating the knob in the opposite direction lowers the footpad to support the load while lifting the wheel off the ground, securely locking the equipment in place and ensuring precise leveling. They are ideal for precision equipment and instruments that require high leveling accuracy.

Material Characteristics

 

 

304 Stainless Steel
A standard choice for corrosion resistance. It performs well in dry and moderately humid environments and withstands common cleaning agents. However, prolonged exposure to high concentrations of saltwater or chloride ions may still result in pitting corrosion. It is suitable for most food processing and catering applications where corrosion conditions are not severe.
 

316 Stainless Steel
The industry benchmark for salt corrosion resistance. The addition of molybdenum provides significantly greater resistance to chloride-induced pitting than 304 stainless steel. It is the preferred material for marine, coastal, medical sterilization, and heavy saltwater washdown environments.
 

Polyurethane
Provides excellent overall performance, including outstanding wear resistance, good elasticity, and effective floor protection. However, standard polyurethane has limited long-term resistance to hydrolysis and may swell or delaminate in hot, humid, or saline environments. Hydrolysis-resistant polyurethane formulations are recommended for salt-exposure applications.
 

Nylon
Offers high strength, excellent wear resistance, and natural resistance to saltwater and many chemical corrosives. However, it may become brittle at very low temperatures (such as in cold storage) and generally produces slightly more operating noise. It is widely used in the aquaculture and chemical industries.
 

Polypropylene
One of the most chemically resistant plastics, polypropylene absorbs almost no moisture, making it ideal for humid and chemically aggressive environments. However, it has relatively poor low-temperature impact resistance, and its load capacity is generally lower than that of nylon.
 

Rubber (Nitrile, EPDM)
Provides excellent elasticity and quiet operation. Rubber formulation is critical; EPDM generally offers better resistance to water, ozone, and chemicals than standard natural rubber, making it more suitable for humid and outdoor environments.
