3. It is prohibited to throw goods into plastic pallets at high places. Adjust the stacking method of goods in the pallet in a timely manner. Items should be placed evenly and should not be piled up in a concentrated manner or subjected to axial force. The tray that bears the suspended object should be placed on a flat road or material surface.
4. When using palletizing, attention should be paid to the load capacity of the bottom pallet.
5. When working with electric forklifts or manual hydraulic trucks, attention should be paid to whether the fork specifications are suitable for the application of this plastic pallet, in order to prevent the size from being inappropriate and damaging the plastic pallet. The fork should be placed as close as possible to both sides of the fork hole on the tray, and the fork should be fully inserted into the tray. Only after stably extending out of the tray can the viewing angle be changed. Forks should not collide with the side of the tray to avoid causing it to shatter or crack.
6. When carrying goods on pallets, use storage shelf type pallets and keep them stably placed on the shelf crossbeam. The length of the pallet should exceed the diameter of the shelf crossbeam by about 50mm, and the bearing capacity should be determined according to the structure of the storage shelf. Overloading is strictly prohibited.
7. When carrying corrosive objects, pay attention to the packaging and transportation of the objects to prevent environmental pollution to the pallet.
8. When using plastic pallets, do not place them in damp, cold, and dark areas to avoid prolonging their lifespan.
