1. Plastic pallets should be handled with care to avoid uneven stress and damage when landing.
2. When placing goods, they should be placed evenly to avoid tilting during lifting and handling.
3. When stacking, the load-bearing capacity of the lower pallet should be considered.
4. When using handling equipment, consideration should be given to whether the size of the goods is suitable for the use of this plastic pallet, in order to avoid improper size and damage to the plastic pallet.
5. During the use of the pallet, the distance between the fork teeth of the forklift should be as wide as possible to the outer edge of the fork inlet of the pallet, and the depth of the fork should be greater than 2/3 of the entire pallet depth.
6. Forklifts should maintain a uniform speed of advance, retreat, and up/down during pallet movement to avoid sudden braking or turning that can cause damage to the pallet, collapse of goods, and the maximum dynamic load that the pallet can withstand.
7. Reasonably determine the stacking method of goods in the pallet. Goods should be placed evenly, not concentrated or eccentric. The tray carrying heavy objects should be placed on a flat ground or surface of an object.
8. When operating a forklift or manual hydraulic truck, the fork should be positioned as close as possible to the outside of the pallet fork hole. The fork should be fully inserted into the pallet, and the angle can only be changed after the pallet is lifted steadily. Forks should not hit the side of the tray to avoid causing it to break or crack.
